From the Shef's Kitchen

The kitchen behind Post Traumatic Shef Disorder goes far beyond cookies. Explore pastry, savory cooking, plated dishes, and the broader culinary work that inspires what comes out of this kitchen.
More Than a Bakery
Post Traumatic Shef Disorder began with a plate of pierogis, a memory of my Busha’s kitchen, and the realization that food can reconnect us with people, places, and parts of ourselves we thought we had lost.
Founded by Marine Corps veteran and military sexual trauma survivor Clark Sabo, the bakery brings together bold baking, family memories, veteran advocacy, humor, resilience, and community.
