We take dietary requests seriously and will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Gluten-free options are available; however, they are prepared in a shared kitchen and are not suitable for individuals with celiac disease unless specifically confirmed with us prior to ordering.

Lead Time & Availability

The earlier you reach out, the better. Availability depends on our current production schedule, order size, and design complexity. There is no guaranteed turnaround time. Last-minute requests may not be accommodatable — especially for weddings, multi-tier cakes, or large events.

Custom Pricing

Custom desserts are priced individually based on the details of each order. Pricing depends on the number of servings, ingredient quality and sourcing, decoration style and complexity, the number of tiers or components, and the labor involved. We do not publish a fixed price list — every order is quoted after we review your request. Once we’ve discussed the details, we’ll provide a custom quote before anything is confirmed.

Pickup

Custom orders are currently available for pickup only in Camp Dennison, Ohio. We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time. Pickup details, including date, time, and location, will be confirmed when your order is finalized.

Deposits & Payment

Some custom orders may require a deposit or advance payment before a date is reserved on our production schedule. Deposit and payment requirements will be discussed and confirmed during the order approval process — nothing is due at the time of form submission. Your order date is not held or guaranteed until any required payment has been received.

  • We discuss and finalize the design, servings, and scope of your order.
  • We provide a custom quote based on the specifics of your request.

  • Once all details are agreed upon and any required payment is received, your order is considered booked.
